KVKK Information Notice

As the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Libacce Industrial Products provides this notice about how your personal data is processed.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

Identity (name), contact (email, phone, address), customer transaction (orders, quotations, correspondence), financial (invoice and payment records), and transaction security data (IP address, website logs and cookie data).

3. Purposes of processing

Responding to enquiries and quotation requests; carrying out sales, production, delivery and after-sales processes; managing customer and supplier relations; fulfilling legal obligations (tax, commercial and accounting); ensuring information and website security; and, with your explicit consent, analytics and marketing activities.

4. Legal grounds and collection method

Personal data is collected through the website, email, phone, WhatsApp, forms and business correspondence, based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK: the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, and your explicit consent where required.

5. Transfers

Personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for the purposes above, to our business partners and service providers (hosting, IT, logistics, payment, accounting), to authorised public institutions, and, where applicable, abroad in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

6. Your rights (Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction; to request notification of these actions to third parties; to object to results against you arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You can send your requests to info@libacce.com or in writing to our address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, unless the procedure requires an additional cost set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
