These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Libacce website. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

The website is operated by Libacce Industrial Products, Hürriyet Mah., Gezegen Sk. No 10A, Büyükçekmece / İstanbul, Türkiye (info@libacce.com).

2. Website content

Product information, images and specifications are provided for general information. Colours, dimensions and technical values may vary by model and order. Final specifications are confirmed in the quotation, order confirmation or product label.

3. Quotations and B2B orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. A business order is binding only after written confirmation by Libacce. Prices, minimum order quantities, payment terms, production lead times, delivery terms (such as Incoterms) and quality requirements are set out in the quotation or a separate agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.

4. Custom and private label products

Products made to your specification, dimensions, branding or packaging are produced specifically for you. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, such products cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. You confirm that any logos, designs or materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Online retail purchases

Where products are sold online to consumers, the order process, pricing, delivery and the consumer’s statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal, are described at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights consumers have under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Libacce name, logo, website design, text and images are owned by or licensed to Libacce and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Libacce is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Products must be used, cleaned and maintained according to their labels and instructions.

8. Links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers.
