OEM & Private Label Textile Manufacturing in Türkiye: How the Process Works

Many distributors and brands want to sell their own textile products without running a factory. OEM and private label manufacturing makes this possible: the manufacturer develops and produces the product, and it is sold under your brand. Here is how the process typically works with Libacce.

OEM vs. private label

OEM usually means a product developed or adapted to your specification. Private label usually means an existing product sold with your brand, labels and packaging. Many projects combine both.

Step by step

  1. Send your requirements: product type, dimensions, materials, quantities and target market.
  2. Product evaluation: we review feasibility, materials and the right construction.
  3. Technical discussion: details such as fabric, membrane, closure, colours and labels are agreed.
  4. Quotation: a clear offer covering product, packaging and delivery terms.
  5. Sample or prototype: prepared when the project requires it.
  6. Production: cutting, sewing and technical assembly in our own facility.
  7. Quality control: dimensions, stitching, zippers and materials are inspected.
  8. Packaging and delivery: labelled and packed for your market, then shipped.

What to prepare

  • Drawings, photos or reference samples
  • Target dimensions and tolerances
  • Material, colour and closure preferences
  • Estimated order quantities and delivery timing
  • Label, care-label and packaging artwork
  • Any certification or testing requirements of your market

Minimum order quantities

MOQs depend on the product, material and level of customisation, and are confirmed in the quotation for each project.

Why manufacture in Türkiye?
